Building Bridges is a powerful Team Building group dynamic within your programming at your Sales Convention, your Global Convention, your Kickoff, your International Meeting, your Executive Board, your Q4, Q1, Q2, Q3, Meeting, and working on various objectives : Planning, Cross-functional Collaboration, Integration, Creativity, Innovations through Constraints, Situational Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Empathy, Communication, Teamwork, Accountability, Goal Orientation, Adaptability to Change, Conflict Resolution, Resource Optimization, Negotiation, Risk Assessment, Critical Thinking, Corporate Values, Mission and Vision Focus.

Building Bridges: Dynamic Building Bridges

A Full-Day Thematic Team Building

From the metaphorical concept of "Building a Bridge", conceptually it unites and allows us to move forward from where we are to where we want to go. We developed 20 learning objectives for Leaders, and for the members of the great team.

A punctual and powerful activity

A central impact activity for when you have 2 or 3 hours in your internal agenda, and that requires being powerful and reflective, to connect the participants, focus them towards the 2026 goals, and build solidly as a team.

A versatile Team Building Activity

"Building Bridges" is made with several sets composed of 52 pieces for each piece of equipment (32 tubes of 4 sizes and 20 couplings), 572 pieces, from a team of 12 leaders, to a maximum of 11 teams, with a total of 77 members in the role of "Builders" and a team of "Quality Auditors", a total of 85-90 participants simultaneously. We travel with all the material from Guayaquil, Ecuador to the headquarters of your event!
